- Description
Various IP adapters are on offer for interconnecting non VoIP capable terminals in the innovaphone PBX environment. The innovaphone adapter IP28 provides highest integration with 8 analogue interfaces in one device.
Sturdy hardware
This adapter has also been designed without any ventilation or other rotating parts despite the high concentration of analogue interfaces, therefore offering maximum fail safety. Power supply is also offered either using a power cable or using power over Ethernet (class 3) as is the case with almost all innovaphone products.
Fax-over-IP
The innovaphone adapter IP28 works with the stable and proven implementation of the Fax-over-IP protocol T.38 and thus provides a stable transmission also with low bandwidths.
Features for telephony
Analogue telephones and special telephones with analogue interfaces can also be connected using the IP adapter IP28. Conventional control character combinations can be used in order for the innovaphone PBX features to continue to be available. Thus enables call waiting and switching are also possible with simple devices.
Flexible Licensing
The IP adapter IP28 also benefits from the innovaphone PBX flexible licensing models. The eight analogue interfaces can be licensed separately as needed.
